This weekend Michael and Pinter Motorsports raced both Friday and Saturday. Friday was the makeup show that rained out a month ago at Williams Grove. It was a 360 v.s 358 Challenge race which means time trials. Michael went out early for time trials and it payed off setting Fast Time for the night. Heats were inverted so Michael started 6th and finished in a qualifying position. He got his time back and then was inverted to fourth for the start of the A-Main. Michael was able to hang on to a 6th place finish after loosing power steering early in the race. Saturday they headed to Delaware Int where the night didn't go quite as well. Starting 6th in the heat he was up to 3rd when the rear snapped causing him to spin and and need the assistance of a wrecker. The team was unable to get the rear and everything back together in time for the B-Main so the night was over for them. This upcoming Saturday URC will be at New Egypt for the only time this season. Michael is looking forward to this weekend race as he has been very successful in the years past there with his 360 Sprint Car.
